WeistreaM permits the use of this website based on the following terms and conditions:

Basic Terms:

1. Using this website implies your acceptance of these conditions. If you do not fully accept them, your entry to this site will be considered unauthorized and you will have to stop using it immediately
2. You must be 15 years or older to use this site.
3. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your screen name.
4. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
5. You must not abuse, harass, threaten or intimidate other WeistreaM users.
6. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links ("Content") that you submit, post, and display on the WeistreaM service.
7. You must not modify, adapt or hack WeistreaM or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with WeistreaM
8. You must not create or submit unwanted email to any WeistreaM members ("Spam").
9. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
10. You must not, in the use of WeistreaM, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
11. You must not post nudes be it video or image content on WeistreaM
12. You must not post content that might taht might result in wars , fights, damages including ones reputation / defamation of character. Should you do so and courts require your details we sure will avail them

Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your WeistreaM account. While WeistreaM prohibits such conduct and content on its site, you understand and agree that WeistreaM cannot be responsible for the Content posted on its web site and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials and that you use the WeistreaM service at your own risk.

General Conditions:

1. We reserve the right to alter these Terms of Use at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change to the Terms of Use, we will notify you via internet mail according to the preference expressed on your account. What constitutes a "material change" will be determined at our sole discretion, in good faith and using common sense and reasonable judgement.
2. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
3. We may, but have no obligation to, remove Content and accounts containing Content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Use.
4. WeistreaM service makes it possible to post images and text hosted on WeistreaM to outside websites. This use is accepted (and even encouraged!). However, pages on other websites which display data hosted on WeistreaM must provide a link back to WeistreaM.
5. We reserve the right to modify WeistreaM service any security or any other reason, without notice at any time.

1. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the WeistreaM service Unless so agreed . Your profile and materials uploaded remain yours. You can remove your profile at any time by deleting your account. This will also remove any text and images you have stored in the system.
2. We encourage users to contribute their creations to the public domain or consider progressive licensing terms.

Financial transactions

Our financial transactions are run by South African online payment collections Payfast accessible on https://payfast.co.za

Buyers and / Sellers

Sellers

• Make sure that you registered your profile with correct details NOT USING your  other social media paltforms logins since some people use fake accounts on such social media so we might struggle to handle your queries.
• To avoid delays in payments due to you make sure you have proof of evidence of delivery of goods.
• Make sure you have evidence of legal ownership right or distribution agreement from true owner of content posted ( video content creators)
• Make sure that you have set up your paypal account and details are correct. We will not be liable for payments paid to wrongfull details supplied by you.
• Note that we will deduct only 10% commission limited to Max R250 per sale when we do transfer payments to your Account.
• Events monies due to you will be paid within 5days after the event has taken place. We will confirm that event surely has taken place before releasing your funds.

Monetization

• Tips to monetising your content :
  • • Start by creating short clips of you content
    • Use our social media share feature to expand your content viewers
    • Once your channel has more viewers or subscribers then you can monetise it
• We will ONLY allow you to start monetising your content when your content have min 1000 views or subscribers.
• Your watch fee rate MUST not be less than R25.00 ( South african ten rands )  This means make sure that your content is worth it for user to pay to watch it.
• We process payment twice in a month on the 15th and on the 31st except for events which we do within 5days after event has actually taken place
• We process payment upon your request BUT please note that we do on those aforesaid dates

Buyers

• Make sure that you keep your details up-to date, contact number, whatsapp number and email address to avoid disappointments after transacting.
• Please take note that though we will do our BEST to help in screening content creators / stores / sellers, make sure you that you confirm with us receipts of goods once delivered. When seller request for payment from us we will give you ONLY exact 24hrs to confirm receipt of goods IF you don’t respond within that 24hrs we will release funds to seller on the assumption that you received such goods and we will not be responsible for any query after such 24hrs period .
• We will use your whatsapp number and email address under your profile to reach you to confirm receipts of goods and asmentione d will give you 24hrs to confirm.
• Please note that we are NOT direct sellers but platform created for you Buyers and seller to meet. Be responsible screen buyer on your side too. 

Advertisers

• Please note that ads will be loaded within 24hrs from the time we recived proof of payment. So plan your campaign in time and make payment on time too.
• You can view your ads campaigns under your screen name.
